Hey Nappers!

Remember when everyone told you contact naps were "junk sleep" and you'd be building a rod for your own back?

Well, Sally & Bec have news: that's complete rubbish. This week they're settling the contact nap debate once and for all.

Turns out, holding your baby for naps isn't sabotaging your sleep training - it's actually one of the best tools in your toolkit.

You'll learn:

• Why contact naps can make bedtime easier (not harder)

• How to use assisted naps strategically during sleep training • When babies naturally show they're ready for cot naps

• The one scenario where contact naps might need tweaking
