Hi Nappers 👋

We’ve all been there. You’re squinting at the monitor. It’s 4:47AM. Again. Is it hunger? Is it too cold? Are the birds literally swearing outside your baby’s window? This week on Nap Trapped, we’re tackling one of the most common (and infuriating) sleep issues: early rising.

Before you jump to sleep training, this episode walks you through the first tweaks we make in every consult to shift wake-up times from 5AM to something closer to 7am. And yes, those changes can actually work overnight.

This is Part 1 of our early rising series, and it’s full of quick wins. Tune in now and give your mornings a makeover.
