In our very first Sleep Detectives case file, we’re tackling a common suspect in short naps and early wakes: too much light.
A listener writes in: “How do I make my baby’s room darker without replacing the blinds?” Sally and Bec investigate with their trademark mix of evidence, empathy, and real-life hacks. From foil on windows to duct-taped garbage bags (yes, really), this episode is all about solving the mystery of broken sleep—without spending big.
Plus: why night lights may be harming your baby’s melatonin, and what to do when the pick-up/put-down method stops working.
